El A380, el primer avión de pasajeros con dos pisos auténticos, tendrá un peso máximo al despegue de 590 toneladas métricas (1.300.000 libras) y una autonomía de vuelo de 15.00 km/8.00 nm.

Con cabinas de gran versatilidad en ambos pisos principales, el A380 ofrece más espacio para los pasajeros, con independencia de la clase de su billete, además de asientos y pasillos más amplios.
