Ralph Crosby, born on 23 September 1947, is Chairman and CEO of EADS North America and a Member of the EADS Executive Committee.

Prior to assuming this position, Crosby was President of the Integrated Systems Sector of Northrop Grumman Cooperation.

Crosby began his career in 1981 as Special Assistant to the Senior Vice President for Marketing and Technology with Northrop Grumman and was named Executive Director of the company’s Washington Office in 1983. From there he held numerous positions within Northrop Grumman.

In 1996, Crosby became Deputy General Manager of the Commercial Aircraft Division and was named General Manager later in 1996. He was as well General Manager of the B-2 Division.

Prior to his industrial career, Crosby served as an officer in the U.S. Army with duty in Germany, Vietnam and the United States. In his last military assignment he was the Military Staff Assistant to the Vice President of the United States.

Ralph Crosby received a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy, a master’s degree in international relations in 1976 from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva, Switzerland and a master’s degree in public administration in 1977 from Harvard University.
