EADS Test & Services provides National Aviation Company of India Ltd (NACIL) with second ATEC Series 6 test system

After a first ATEC Series 6 bought in September 2007 for the maintenance of former Indian Airlines’ Airbus aircraft, the National Aviation Company of India Limited (NACIL), amalgamation of Air India Ltd. and Indian Airlines, has awarded EADS Test & Services a contract to deliver a second ATEC Series 6 avionics test station with test program sets for the maintenance of the Boeing B777 and B737NG of former Air India. First deliveries are planned in September 2008.
This second acquisition is a demonstration of the growing Indian airline market and the continuous worldwide success of EADS Test & Services’ ATEC Series 6, the world leading automatic tester for commercial avionics maintenance.
