The Board of EADS has named Martin Jay as Non Executive Chairman of EADS UK.
Mr. Jay was Chairman of VT Group (formerly Vosper Thornycroft) until July this year, before which he had been Chief Executive of the group for 13 years and subsequently chairman for 3 years. He has been Chairman of Invensys PLC since July 2003. At EADS UK, Mr. Jay has an important strategic advisory role and is assisting in the group’s business development and expansion in this country. He reports directly to Jean Paul Gut, EADS COO.
