Share buyback

EADS implements share buyback programmes in order to avoid dilution caused by Employee share ownership plans and stock option plans. In the framework of this share buyback programme EADS has to fulfill trade reporting obligations to the stock exchange authorities in accordance with “Commission regulation No 2273/2003” implementing Directive 2003/6/EC as regards exemptions for buyback programmes.
