What is eRecruiting@EADS?
Our new eRecruiting on-line tool allows talented candidates to register in the candidate pool and apply for career opportunities within the whole EADS Group. In the jobmarket, you can find all positions opened within all BUs/Entities of EADS. Anyone who is interested in working within the EADS organisation can register in the EADS Candidate Pool. Our eRecruiting tool is used for recruiting the following target groups: direct entries, graduate programmes, internships, apprenticeships.
How do I apply?
You can apply for a position at EADS in two different ways:

register in the Candidate Pool by filling in your information and employment preferences.

directly apply to open positions, without registration. You will be considered only for these vacancies.
What is the EADS Candidate Pool and what benefits does it offer?
The Candidate Pool is a database for external applicants wishing to be considered for EADS vacancies, where they can express their expectations and describe their experience and skills. By registering in the pool, you have the opportunity to be systematically considered in any recruiter's "search for candidates", as well as to be informed about interesting openings matching your profile, and/or contacted for EADS employment events.
What is my candidate profile and how can I release, update or lock it?
The candidate profile is the information entered by a candidate, including his/her qualifications, job experience and preferences. You can update, release and unlock your profile at any time from the candidate home page. A "released" candidate profile means that the profile appears in the EADS pool and can be searched for by EADS recruiters. A "locked" profile means that the information relating to you cannot by accessed by EADS recruiters
Can I save a partially completed registration or application and finish later?
Immediately after you have been registered in the tool, you will automatically receive your user name and password by e-mail. This will enable you to close the application form at any time and to complete the form at a later date. Any information you have entered will be stored into the system. You can always modify and change the details of your registration by using your user name and password.
How do I know that you have received my data once I have registered in the EADS Candidate Pool?
As soon as you have registered on our site, you will receive a confirmation of your registration by e-mail.
How will EADS communicate with me?
We will contact you whenever there is a specific opening that fits your qualifications. Any communication during your application process will be carried out by e-mail or by phone.
What do I do if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your pasword, you will find a link on the eRecruiting start page to request a new one. If you enter your e-mail address, you will shortly receive an e-mail with your new password.
