In view of the future requirements of the armed forces and security services, sensor and avionics centre Defence Electronics is progressing development of a new generation of electronics products in conformity with international military and civil standards. The experiences and competences of Defence Electronics in the relevant key technologies are being permanently strengthened by intensive cooperation with leading technology providers, such as EADS Corporate Research Centre and public institutions such as DLR, ONERA and INRIA. Defence Electronics is also involved in national and international research projects, in close partnership with other EADS business units and other major companies in the sector.
